Originally from the Pacific Northwest, I grew up adventuring in our mountains and on our waters. Informed by a deep desire for exploration, I bring an intentional curiosity to my work.

Product design is my passion. Having spent my career diving deep into new product categories, I have extensive multimodal, voice- and touch-first product design experience across a range of product areas.

Staff Product Designer, September 2022 – Current

  • Foster alignment for a unified, core care journey across 22+ pathways with an emphasis on transitioning customers from early experience to ongoing program engagement

  • Work closely with product to identify and define strategy
    Framework design and horizontal product definition for extensible, clinically-supportive care experience that extends to all existing and future-looking program types

Alexa Multimodal Experiences
Multimodal UX Designer, September 2018 – October 2020

  • Lead design owner for the Smart Home experience on the Alexa multimodal platform; Primary design POC for integration across platforms and feature development

  • Design and launch of the Smart Home Dashboard (a net-new experience) across the Alexa platform; including driving stakeholder alignment with leadership reviews up to the VP level

  • Drive the customer experience for features from a framework perspective across the Alexa platform (Echo family of products, Fire TV, tablet) along with integrations across Alexa experiences (smart home, entertainment, and household organization)

  • Drive the customer experience for features and products across the Alexa Music platform

  • Working closely with product and engineering, deliver delightful end-to-end customer experience solutions for voice-first, multi-modal products across a variety of 1P, 2P, and 3P products on a rapid development cadence

Amazon Alexa Entertainment
UX Designer, September 2015 – July 2017

  • Collaboratively drive the Alexa app entertainment experiences for a voice-first product; responsible for the integration of new music services and the improvement of existing features within the app

  • Work in a fast-paced, agile development process that includes presenting designs to stakeholders and delivering iterations to engineering quickly and precisely as requirements and engineering scope shifts

  • Deliver user flows, scenarios, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual documentation to stakeholders and engineering
